Zelros’ Advisor App is an end to end SaaS that can be deployed in any CRM, available as a Salesforce AppExchange, that coaches advisor with hyper personalized advices adapted to every customer situations.

Content displaying rules
Zelros contents are displayed according to 2 main rules:

Notifications
When the Zelros advisor app is in the background and identifies relevant information about a customer that allows a sales rebound, then a notification will be displayed on the advisor’s screen.
The notification provides 2 elements :

the product for which the customer has the highest appetite

the best life event detected for this product
If the advisor clicks on the notification, then the Zelros advisor app application will position itself in the foreground, directly on the product shown by the notification so that the advisor can see the associated selling point.
Possible configurations of Zelros advisor app
Zelros adviros app can be customized thanks to the features detailled in sections below.
Labels
Each label displayed in Zelros advisors app can be configured. This configuration is usually done on first deployment.
Discovery and expert modes
This feature allows you to fully configure the content according to the advisor’s self-evaluation level. Each content can be set up to discovery mode, expert mode or both. This allows you to create trees of possibilities according to the level of expertise of the advisor. Changing mode can be done from the profile button (right icon)
Navigation in Zelros advisors app
It is possible to activate a navigation bar between product universes. If this bar is activated, it is possible to display the universe appetite score (score of the product with the highest appetite in each universe).
This navigation bar is a filter that allows you to display only the products of a universe.
If the navigation bar is deactivated, it is no longer possible to have the universe score and all products are displayed one below the other. The products are sorted by appetite scores whether the bar is activated or deactivated.
Selling points feedbacks
Selling points feedbacks allows to the advisor to notify to Zelros advisors app if the selling point worked on the customer or not. This feature is used for the reinforcement learning on the selling points.
Actions - “Go quote” and “No quote”
Clicks on "Go quote" and "No quote" buttons allow to detect the creation of a quote following a recommendation or to trigger an action in the customer relationship management tool. Those clicks are also used for reinforcement learning on selling points. It is possible to disable these buttons if the quote creation information is sent to Zelros in a feedback loop.
When an advisor clicks on "Go quote", 2 configuration options are available :

Deactivation of the life event and the selling point for the product with a message "A quote has already been created for this customer on this product XX/XX/XX"

The life event and the selling point are still displayed and a short message is added "Congratulations for creating a quote"
Objection management
When an advisor clicks on "No quote", he can access to additional selling points to manage customer’s objections. Each selling point of objection management is dedicated to a product and a specific circumstance (this list can be edited):

the customer does not have the time to make a quote

the customer is not interested in the product

the customer wants to think about it

the customer finds it too expensive

the customer already owns the product
Search bar
At the bottom of the assistant, a search bar allows the advisor a quick way to find content from keywords.

The search bar goes through life events, selling points and limitations to find the information he needs to convince the clients.
